Born at Offutt Air Force Base and a proud Casper, Wyoming resident since 1987, Melanie brings both heart and precision to her work, backed by associate degrees in Physics and Accounting from Casper College. When she’s not navigating the world of numbers and people, you’ll likely find her deep in a true crime documentary or happily building her latest LEGO set. She’s also a devoted dog mom to a spunky miniature dachshund who keeps life interesting. Melanie is all about the little details that make a big difference—and she’s always up for a good mystery (on screen, not in payroll!).
Growing up in Savannah, GA, and being of Irish and Scottish descent, Regan has always been slightly interested in all things Celtic. A few years ago, she started taking Irish language lessons from Colm Keegan. When Amber asked for her help with the first-ever Casper Celtic Irish Fest, she was happy to join the board. She loves being able to come to Casper and help get this off the ground.
Courtney started doing events in 2016, mostly weddings. She moved to Casper 3 years ago and started her own event planning company, Kash Events. She volunteered with Amber for the Special Olympics event, Festival of Trees. Amber then invited her to co-chair the Celtic Irish Festival with her.
